市售雞肝及豬肝中有機磷劑殘留量之調查   全文下載

Investigation on the Contents of Organophosphorus Pesticides in Marketed Chicken Liver and Porcine Liver

為了解市售雞肝及豬肝中有機磷劑殘留情形，本調查計畫於民國87年7月至88年6月間，於臺灣地區各超級市場及傳統市場，抽購雞肝30件及豬肝30件，以多重殘留分析法及氣相層析分析法進行Phorate等15種有機磷劑農藥殘留量之檢驗，結果均未檢出，均符合禽畜產品中殘留農藥限量標準。

In order to understand the pesticide residues of organophosphorus in chicken and porcine liver, 30 samples were purchased from traditional or super markets in Taiwan area during July 1998 to June 1999. All samples were analyzed for 15 types of organophosphorus pesticides by multiresidue determination of gas chromatography. The results showed that the residue of organophosphorus pesticides was not detected and thus passed the official regulation.
