An Investigation on the Pin-Hole Test of Condoms in Taiwan

本計畫於民國八十五年八月至八十六年四月間，委託台灣省各縣市及北高兩市衛生局至全省各地區之藥局（房）及超級商店抽購市售衛生套檢體共計119件（每件五打），依據八十三年九月二十六日修定之中國國家標準CNS 13245（上標 (2)）乳膠製衛生套檢驗法中針孔試驗方法進行試驗判定之。檢驗結果11件不合格，不合格率9.2%，均為輸入產品，另未標示國別者共計30件。

During a period from August 1996 to April 1997, one-hundred-and-nineteen samples of condoms werepurchased from drug-stores and erotic stores in Taiwan as part of a study to understand the quality of condoms. The pin-hole tests were carried out following the methods listed in CNS No. 13245.The results indicated that eleven samples failed to meet the requirement mentioned above 9.2%. These samples were all imported products.
