本研究採用問卷調查法,探討補教機構組織創新氣氛,以高雄市立案補習班教師為研究對象,研究結果發現以下結論:1.補習班教師年齡愈大,愈重視組織創新氣氛。2.研究所或大學畢業教師對組織創新氣氛比專科畢業更為重視。3.年資深的補習班教師對組織創新氣氛知覺明顯高於資淺者。4.職位為班主任及主管者對組織創新氣氛重視度高於一般教師及行政人員。5.不同類型補習班教師在過度壓力構面知覺上有顯著差異。6.不同規模補習班教師在團隊支持、工作挑戰性、工作自主性、資源充分性、過度壓力等構面知覺上有顯著差異。7.不同區域補習班教師對組織創新氣氛在整體得分、組織鼓勵、主管鼓勵、工作挑戰性、工作自主性等構面知覺上有顯著差異。依據以上結論,本研究提出建議,做為補教機構進行組織創新之參考。
英文摘要
This study adopts questionnaire survey method to explore organizational innovation climate in the cram schools. The research sample is cram school teachers in Kaohsiung. The results are as following: 1. The older of cram school teachers put more emphasis on organizational innovation climate. 2. Cram school teachers with different educational background have difference on organizational innovation climate. 3. The perception of senior cram school teachers in organizational innovation climate was significantly higher than that of junior teachers. 4. Directors and head teachers put more emphasis on organizational innovation climate than the general teachers and administrative staff. 5. Different types of cram school have significant differences in organizational innovation climate. 6. Different sizes of cram schools have significant differences on team support, job challenge, job autonomy, resource adequacy, and excessive pressure. 7. Different areas of cram schools have significant differences on organization innovation climate, organizational encouragement, directors' encouragement, job challenge, and job autonomy. According to the above conclusion, this study presents suggestions for organizational innovation of cram schools.
