關於韓國國有企業治理結構的小考－－以公共機關運營法為中心

A Study on the Governance Structure of Korean State-Owned Enterprise: Focusing on Act on the Management of Public Institutions

本文以韓國公共機關運營法為中心，探討韓國國有企業的治理結構。旨在介紹韓國學界與實務上對國有企業的界定，以及如何區分國有企業與其他性質的企業，並通過分析韓國國有企業的主要治理結構，指出韓國國有企業，就人事選任上的問題與解決方案。

This paper discusses the governance structure of Korean state-owned enterprises (SOEs), focusing on the operation of Korean public institutions. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the definition of state-owned enterprises in Korean academia and practice, how to distinguish between state-owned enterprises and other enterprises, and to point out the problems ofpersonnel selection in Korean state-owned enterprises by analyzing the main governance institutions of Korean state-owned enterprises. At the end, this paper find out how to improve Corporate Govemance of SOEs in Korea.
