數位出版中的著作權保護機制探析

數位出版時代網路盜版屢禁不止，著作權侵權案件頻發，侵權手段也越發多樣化。本文在分析了數位網路技術對著作權影響的基礎上，評析傳統的網絡著作權保護模式，並進一步從商業模式、法律制度和技術手段層面探討了著作權在數位出版時代如何得到有效保護。

ln the age of digital publishing, Internet piracy appears repeatedly and copyright infringements with various acts occur frequently. Based on the analysis of the impact that digita1 network technology has upon copyright, this paper reviews the traditional network copyright protection mode, and, from the aspects of business model, legal system and technical means, examines how to provide protection for copyright in the age of digital publishing.
