對《西太平洋地區WHO標準針灸穴位》之修訂建議

A Suggestion to Revise the “WHO Standard Acupuncture Point Locations in the Western Pacific Region”

2008年WHO西太平洋區域辦事處出版“WHO Standard Acupuncture Point Locations in the Western Pacific Region” （《西太平洋地區WHO標準針灸穴位》）。我們發現WHO該文件有5個針灸腧穴錯誤或需要再加以討論之處，分別為肩中俞（Jianzhongshu, SI15）及京門（Jingmen, GB25）於圖中標示錯誤，有關；水泉（Shuiquan, KI5）及中瀆（Zhongdu, GB32）之穴位位置修正；而中封（Zhongfeng, LR4）穴位位置之表示方式修正。針對以上建議事項已去函WHO並建議修正，WHO亦已回函表示感謝這些意見及建議，並將於該文件再版時考量這些修正意見。

In 2008, a “WHO Standard Acupuncture Point Locations in the Western Pacific Region” was published by the WHO regional office for the Western Pacific. We have found 5 acupoints described in this document needing revision or discussion. The indications are incorrect for the figures indicating SI15 (Jianzhongshu) and GB25 (Jingmen); revised positions are suggested for KI5 (Shuiquan) and GB32 (Zhongdu); more discussion is needed as to the location of LR4 (Zhongfeng). We have sent our comments to WHO and in response, WHO has assured us that they will forward our feedback to our colleagues in the WHO Western Pacific Region for their consideration, when this document is reprinted.
