麻杏石甘湯和清肺湯加味治療肺炎成功之病例報告及文獻回顧

Successful treatment of pneumonia by Ma-Xing-Shi-Gan-Tang and Qingfei Tang with additional ingredients: A case report and review of the literature

18歲男性病患發燒咳喘黃痰持續1個多月，接受西醫治療無效，遂至本院尋求中醫藥的治療。當時，患者有發燒、咳嗽、黃痰、喘急、口渴、舌質紅苔黃和脈數等症狀，根據八綱辨證、臟腑辨證和肺部X光檢查，顯示患者感染肺炎，是屬於中醫外感咳嗽的熱邪壅肺證型，我們採用麻杏石甘湯和清肺湯、前胡、浙貝母、魚腥草和板藍根，以清熱宣肺，化痰平喘，治療2週後四診病徵、血液檢查和X光影像檢查肺炎浸潤獲得改善，顯示麻杏石甘湯和清肺湯的配伍，有助於治療熱邪壅肺證型之肺炎。

A 18 year-old male patient suffered from fever , cough and yellowish sputum more than one month. He visited LMD but in vain . Therefore , he looked for therapy of Chinese medicine at our hospital. This patient was illed in pneumonia with fever , cough , productive yellowish sputum , dyspnea , thirst , red tongue with yellowish fur , and rapid pulse then . Based on chest X-ray ,the differentiating pathologic conditions in accordance with the eight principal syndromes, and differentiation of syndromes according to pathologic changes of the viscera and their interrelations , it was classified as retention of pathogenic heat in the lung . We took the modification of Ma-Xing-Shi-Gan-Tang and Qingfei Tang to clear away pathogenic heat , ventilate the lung , eliminate sputum and relieve dyspnea . As a result , the symptoms of pneumonia were released through the 2 weeks of Chinese medical treatment.
