使用迷你骨釘治療成人安格氏二級咬合暨下顎單側阻生小臼齒之矯正治療病例報告

Correction of Class II Malocclusion and Lower Premolar Impaction of an Adult Patient with TADs – A Case Report

乳齒與齒槽骨發生沾連有時會造成其下方繼生恆齒阻生，而必須將該乳齒拔除並對其下方的阻生恆齒用矯正牽引方式做強迫性萌出。本病例報告為一位安格式二級異常咬合的23歲女性，因左下第二乳臼齒與齒槽骨沾連未脫落，造成其下方的第二小臼齒阻生。患者同時有齒列不整及微笑時牙齦外露問題須改善。治療方法採固定式矯正裝置配合迷你骨釘為錨定，以非拔牙方式將阻生小臼齒排列到正常咬合位置，並改善咬合及牙齦外露問題。

Dentoalveolar ankyloses of primary tooth sometimes cause impaction of its successor tooth. In this condition, extraction of the ankylosed primary tooth and orthodontic forced eruption of the impacted permanent tooth may be a choice of treatment. In this case report, we present a 23-year-old female with Angle Class II malocclusion, whose mandibular left 2nd premolar impacted due to ankyloses of its primary tooth. She also had dental arch crowding and gummy smile problems. The patient received full-mouth orthodontic non-extraction treatment combine using TADs. As a result, her problems of malocclusion and gummy smile improved.
