安格氏第三級咬合不正伴隨阻生彎曲齒

Class III Anterior Openbite with Impacted Tooth

安格氏第三級咬合不正是東方人常見的咬合不正，矯正配合正顎手術治療通常會有相當理想的治療效果。阻生的彎曲齒在矯正治療中是一個棘手的問題，在治療時必須評估各方面的條件才能決定是否要將這顆牙齒拉出。本病例是一位19歲的女性，主訴是下巴歪斜以及齒列擁擠。在治療前的檢查發現病患的左上第二小臼齒為阻生彎曲齒。最後我們除了讓病人接受矯正治療合併下顎矢向分裂骨切開術之外也成功地使用矯正的方式將阻生彎曲齒拉出，在最終的治療結果上病患獲得良好的外觀以及咬合功能。

Angel's Class III malocclusion is common in Oriental people. Orthodontic treatment combined with orthognethic surgery will be necessary to improve facial appearance and correct the malocclusion if skeletal discrepancy exists. Impacted dilacerated tooth is also a tough situation we face during orthodontic treatment. We have to evaluate all kinds of conditions to decide whether we align the tooth or not. This case is about a 19-yearold girl whose chief complain was mandible prognathism and crowded teeth. In the beginning examination, we found the tooth 25 was a impacted dilacerated tooth. In the end of the treatment, by orthodontic treatment combined with orthognethic surgery, not only the patient's facial esthetic and occlusion function improved, but also the impaction was well aligned.
