中醫治療「失眠」病例報告

A Case Report of Postpartum Mastitis

失眠是現代人臨床上之重要議題，本文選取因入眠困難就診中醫之病案診治經驗做一探討，經綜合症狀表現及病程病機進行辨證分析，並於診療期間分次採用「雙補腎中陰陽、潛降浮陽虛熱」以及「補養肝之陰血、補腎氣滋腎陰」之治療策略，於三週後大幅改善患者的睡眠問題與相關兼證。本報告提供驗證中醫臨床辨證論治之思維模式，重申「辨證求因，審因論治」之完整落實是取得應手之效的關鍵。

We reported a female patient who visited our out-patient-department of Chinese medicine due to insomnia for two months, and made the discussion of pathophysiolgy and recording of the progress. First, we differentially diagnosed the symptoms according to the ancient literature individually and then concluded a core pathophysiology. Second, we recorded the changes of the disease and symptoms, and reviewed the prescription. The two stages of the treatment were：“supplying the yin- yang of kidney, calming down the compensated heat”and“supplying the yin-blood of liver, supplying the qi and yin of kidney”, and we improved the insomnia and other symptoms in three weeks. Through this case report, we could provide a clinical workbench of diagnosis and treatment, and we also knew that the practice of “seeking the reason and giving the right remedy”certainly is absolutely a key-point of getting a good clinical effects.
