寸口脈診量測定位之文獻研究

The Study of the Literatures of the “Tsun-kou＂ Fixed Position Measurement in Pulse Diagnosis

為釐清中醫脈診量測時寸、關、尺三部定位之相關問題，本研究採取文獻研究模式，並結合個案實際測量進行分析與探索。研究中，首先收集古典與現代文獻與脈診量測定位有關內容，探究診脈獨取寸口之原理，並溯源寸關尺一名詞的產生過程、寸關尺三部定位的定性、定量操作種類，並參考血流動力學原理，從實務操作角度、現行脈波研究，分析各類定位法之優缺點與問題，依據研究結果建議脈診量測應選擇「寸關尺定量法」為寸口脈診量測定位的操作準則。本研究結果有助於中醫臨床脈診教學與研究標準化操作之進行，可作為後續臨床測量研究與脈診儀研發之基礎。

To clarify some questions relative to fixed position of tsun-guan-chi in pulse diagnosis of Chinese medicine, we adopted the mode of researching both classical literatures and modern studies, and integrated a practical measurement into the study for further analyze and searches. First, we made a through inquiry of the theory in why the physicians take the pulse mostly in tsun-kou area. Second, we investigated into the developing of the denomination of tsun-guan-chi、the fixed position of operating categories both in quality and quantity, and considered the hemodynamic principles, thus we objectively analyze all advantages and disadvantages of every methods from the view of clinical practice and academic study. According to the result, we suggested that the tsun-guan-chi quantitification should be the standardized measurement operating protocol in fixed position of pulse diagnosis in tsun-kou area. The result will be contributive to the development of standardization of education and study in clinical pulse diagnosis, and also could be the foundation of the following clinical measurement study and sphygmograph development in the future.
