上顎犬齒阻生或異位萌發機率高，在臨床上常需要矯正醫師的專業給予及時的診斷和治療。患者為 14歲男性，主訴為兩側上顎恆犬齒遲遲未生長。治療方式為手術暴露兩側上顎犬齒，合併以不拔牙的固定矯正方式將兩側上顎恆犬齒拉至正常咬合平面並關閉空間。 |
| 英文摘要 |
The ectopic eruption and impaction of maxillary permanent canines is a frequently encountered clinical problem.The diagnosis and treatment of this problem usually requires the expertise of orthodontist.In this case report,we present the treatment of a 14-year-old male patient with delaying eruption of bilateral upper permanent canine.The patient received full mouth non-extraction orthodontic treatment with surgical exposure of upper permanent canine.The patient was satisfied with the treatment outcome. |
