水平阻生正中門齒合併口外關閉萌出法之矯正誘導治療

Orthodontic-Surgical Management of A Horizontally Impacted Maxillary incisor − A Case Report

此病例報告是一水平阻生正中門齒及前牙嚴重旋轉的矯正治療，11歲女孩於學校例行性檢查，建議接受齒顎矯正治療。臨床檢查顯示患者屬骨性三級異常、正常開展臉型，咬合關係呈現安格式三級咬合異常、上顎阻生正中門牙。經本院口腔外科手術關閉萌出法及矯正誘導治療後，上顎正中門牙排列到適當位置。治療結果呈現穩定安格式一級咬合、及良好的垂直與水平覆蓋。整體治療時間為35個月。

A 11-year-old girl came with her grandmother due to her impacted maxillary incisor. She was suggested to receive orthodontic treatment while having routine oral examination at school. After orthodontic examination & evaluation, skeletal Class III jaw relation with orthodivergent facial pattern, Class III malocclusion and impacted maxillary central incisor was diagnosed. After full mouth fixed edgewise orthodontic guiding treatment and surgical closed eruption of the impacted incisor, the maxillary central incisor was moved into a proper position. Angle Class I molar relation, acceptable overbite and overjet and well-aligned dentition was also achieved. The total treatment period was 35 months.
