德國少年監獄行刑的發展與實踐

Development and Practice of Juvenile Prison in Germany

有鑑於我國文獻較少見到德國少年監獄行刑的介紹，本文先闡述德國少年監獄行刑的法制發展狀況，接著介紹不同時期對於少年監獄行刑的實證觀察成果，再說明德國文獻上對於少年監獄行刑的改革建議。希望能給予我國對此領域有興趣之研究者提供就德國少年監獄行刑較全面的認識。

In view of the fact that the execution of juveniles in juvenile prison in Germany is seldom addressed in the literature, this article first describes the development of the legal system in juvenile prison in Germany, introduces the empirical observations of execution of juveniles in the prison from different eras, and depicts the reform proposals in the Germany. It is hoped that this article can provide researchers interested in this field with a more comprehensive understanding of the execution of juveniles in German prisons.
