One of the main problems today with TESOL programs is the limited amount of information and experience with classroom management they provide their students. Besides this gap in their training, a ommon complaint of new teachers is that they don’t have a mentor to ask questions or provide useful guidance during their first year. Teaching Tips from Your One-Minute Mentor was designed to educate and help teachers with managing their student’s classroom behavior and improve their own instructional time and skills in the classroom. |
