Design and Implementation of High Power Brushless DC Motor Driving System Test Bed for Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) Applications

本文設計與實現一個 22 kW 級高功率直流無刷馬達的驅動系統測試平台，以做為新一代油電混合車中電力驅動子系統的功能測試臺。本文中首先說明22 kW 級高功率直流無刷馬達的規格與驅動系統架構，其次說明此22 kW直流無刷馬達之類比式開迴路與閉迴路轉速控制器實現方法。本文最後實現一個22 kW級高功率直流無刷馬達的驅動系統測試平台雛型，並以實測結果驗證其功能。

This paper designs and implements a 22 kW class brushless DC(BLDC) motor driving system test bed for hybrid electric vehicle (HEV)applications. First, the specifications and the driving system architectureof the BLDC motor are introduced. Then, a 22 kW BLDC motor drivingsystem with an analog open-loop and closed-loop speed control system isdescribed. Accordingly, a hardware prototype is built. Finally, experi mental results verify the functions of the 22 kW BLDC motor drivingsystem test bed.
