手提電鑽轉速噪音自動化檢測系統之研發

Development of an Automatic Speed and Noise Inspection System for the Electric Hand Drill

本研究的內容在研發一套手提電鑽的自動化品質檢測系統。研究的主題著重於轉速檢測與噪音檢測等兩個目標。轉速檢測主要係分析電鑽輸出的轉速與轉速標準差，而噪音檢測則分析電鑽齒輪組產生的噪音聲壓值。本文除了介紹檢測技術的原理外，並將檢測的結果作了多層次的分析，最後歸納出一套品質檢測標準。為了達成自動檢測的目的，本研究更進一步建立了自動化檢測系統。該系統不但將前述的檢測標準具體寫入電鑽的分析程式，還可配合一般工廠的作業環境進行線上品管。

The purpose of this research is to develop an automatic system to inspect the quality of an electrical hand drill. The system can inspect the output speed and the noise of a hand drill simultaneously. By analyzing the test results, the researcher is able to build a comparative standard to determine the quality of a hand drill. An automatic system is constructed for the inspection process. The research shows that this system is useful for on-line inspection.
