屏東縣線上財產管理系統使用者接受度及其影響因素研究

Study on the User’s Adoption Rate and Its Relational Factors of Online Property Management System in Pingtung County

本文旨在探討屏東縣縣屬單位線上財產管理系統使用者接受情形，及其與電腦基本操作自我效能之關係。本研究採用問卷調查法，係以屏東縣縣屬機關、學校線上財產管理系統使用者為研究對象，採立意取樣，共取樣190 人，有效樣本為156 人，其中教師124 人，非教師32 人。調查工具包括電腦基本操作自我效能量表及縣市財產管理系統使用者接受度問卷。結果如下：1.縣市財產管理系統使用者對縣市財產管理系統的使用接受度尚稱良好，但仍有改善空間。2.受試者在查詢管理財產系統頻率不同，在使用者接受度上達到顯著差異。3.電腦基本操作自我效能與整體使用者接受度有顯著的相關。4.電腦基本操作自我效能對整體使用者接受度是具有預測力的。最後本研究依據研究結果，針對財產管理主管機關、學校行政人員提出具體建議。

This paper aims to explore the user’s adoption rate and self-efficiency of basic computer operation ability of property online management system in Pingtung county. Survey questionnaire are delivered to 190 samples and returned with 156 effective samples. Among them, 124 people are teachers and 34 people are non-teachers. The survey instrument include two parts: the computer self-efficacy and the questionnaire on user’s adoption rate. The conclusions are as follows: 1.User’s adoption rate are quite well, but still left much to be desired. 2. The difference of the frequency of searching information in online property management systems have significantly difference in adoption rate. 3. Computer self-efficacy and user’s adoption rate is significantly related. 4. User’s adoption rate can be predicted by Computer self-efficacy.
