交易成本理論：回顧與未來方向

Transaction Cost Theory: A Review and Future Directions

先前研究顯少從綜斷面觀點探討交易成本理論之應用、實證、研究領域、議題及未來方向。基此，本研究採用內容分析研究法自ProQuest 資料庫檢索系統搜尋、分類，及分析1980 至2007 年期間交易成本理論之應用、實證、研究領域、議題，並探討交易成本理論是否能廣泛被應用於社會管理科學不同研究領域。研究結果發現，交易成本理論在組織理論與策略管理領域已廣泛被應用與實證，亦普遍被應用在經濟、財務、策略、科技、組織管理、行銷、國際企業、會計、法律、政治、農業等11 類研究領域與議題。本研究並提出交易成本理論相關缺失，另建議未來研究方向應著重從靜態經濟理性到動態社會理性交易分析觀點，及從降低交易成本到創造交易價值觀點，並建立交易成本概念性架構。最後，本研究提出理論與管理意涵。

Previous studies seldom explore the application, empirical, research field, issue and future direction of transaction cost from longitudinal perspective. Therefore, this research adopts content analysis searching from 1980 to 2007 year and regarding the application, empirical, research field, issue of transaction cost especially searching from the ProQuest data base system to explore transaction cost theory that can really be applied in different social management science research field. Results were showed that transaction cost theory had already be applied and empirical in economic, financial, strategic, high technical, original management, marketing, international business, accounting, law, political, agriculture research field and issue. Furthermore, this research proposes related comments and suggestions for future directions that should focusing from static economical perspective to dynamic social rational transaction perspective, and from reducing transaction cost to create transaction value, and building up a conceptual framework. Finally, this research proposes theory and management implication.
