智慧型運輸系統之專利分析：以臺灣與中國大陸為例

A PATENTING VIEW OF ITS：TAIWAN AND CHINA

智慧型運輸系統 （Intelligent Transportation Systems, ITS） 已廣泛被許多先進國家視為提昇運輸效能之改善方案，雖然臺灣ITS 之相關研究文獻也已相當豐富，然而大多主要參考國外的系統架構與技術能力，卻鮮少從專利的角度了解ITS 的發展概況。本研究以臺灣與大陸的專利資料庫為資料來源，利用專利地圖分析法中之相關資訊為輔助，對ITS 七大類別系統進行比較分析。研究發現AVCSS 雖然是目前全球各國ITS 發展上的主力系統，然而選擇適合自身利益與符合商業環境需求的特定系統進行研發，將是在全球ITS 的市場競爭中最重要的生存原則。而本研究亦顯示了善用分析專利亦可提供對於了解ITS 的現況與未來發展趨勢許多有用的資訊。

ITS (Intelligent Transportation Systems) was long regarded as a usefulsolution to solving the transportation dilemma by many industrialized nations.Although much work in Taiwan has been conducted on ITS, most of itemphasized much on imitating ITS development overseas and often overlookedimportant patent implications. To develop successful ITS techniques truelyneeded in Taiwan in the future, this paper attempts to portray current ITSdevelopment using patent mapping analysis to data mining patent databases.It is found that although the AVCSS is the main force in global ITS patentdatabases at present, other ITS-related categories still have superiorcommercial potential in various ITS markets. It is confirmed in this study thatITS-related patents can also generate much useful insight into the currentdevelopment and future prospect of ITS.
