The Techniques of Volleyball Overhand Serve

排球之發球技術表現為影響比賽勝負的關鍵因素之一，擁有攻擊性的發球能破壞對方之組織進攻，進而提升己方之獲勝率；因此，本研究透過文獻回顧的方式，分別以發球規則之演變、發球技術之重要性及肩上發球種類等面向，論述排球之肩上發球技術特徵，並提供排球運動技術之教學及訓練參考。

One of the key factors to win volleyball matches is determined by serving techniques. An aggressive serve can make the offence of the opposing teams out of rhythms and it provides a better chance for the serving team at scoring points. Therefore, this present study attempted to delve into the features of overhand serving techniques from the perspectives of 1) the development of serving rules, 2) the importance of serving techniques, and 3) the types of overhand serve by way of literature review. Hopefully the studies on the serving techniques of volleyball training then could be expectantly supplemented and enhanced.
