Research on the Function of Nurse Practitioners

本研究旨在運用Kano模式檢視專科護理師之職能要素屬性來確認專科護理師職能之關鍵改善屬性，研究結果顯示專科護理師之37項職能要素中，共有15項要素是關鍵的職能屬性。最後，根據本研究之結果提出未來之訓練方向及工作職能提昇之策略。

The purpose of this study is to use the Kano model to examine the functional attributes of nurse practitioners to confirm the key improvement attributes of the nurse practitioners' functions. We identified the 15 key effective improving competency attributes from 37 competencies of nurse practitioners. Finally, the results were used to provide training directions and develop competencies enhancement strategies.
