一位接受鉺雅鉻雷射治療口腔癌手術後顏面疤痕之護理經驗

A Nursing Experience for Scar Treatment by Erbium YAG Laser in a Young Male Patient Post Oral Cancer Surgery

本文旨在探討一位成年早期男性接受口腔癌廓清術及皮瓣移植手術後，導致顏面疤痕遺留而存在外觀困擾，接受鉺雅鉻雷射治療疤痕之護理經驗。個案於2013年11月4日至2014年01月23日至醫美中心求治，護理期間以Gordon十一項健康功能評估型態進行整體性評估，以直接觀察、會談及電話訪談等方式收集資料，確認個案主要健康問題有：潛在危險性感染、焦慮及身體心像紊亂。護理期間透過鼓勵個案表達顏面外觀改變後內心感受，以同理心傾聽、主動關懷及陪伴，並給予心理支持。藉由雷射衛教單張、治療範例圖片，來輔助說明鉺雅鉻雷射治療過程及衛教，提供治療相關照護，減輕雷射治療所引起的焦慮及疼痛問題，改善個案身心不適。

This article described a nursing experience for facial scarring and scar treatment by Erbium YAG Laser of a youngadultwho underwent radical dissection and skin graft surgery for oral cancer. The patient was admitted alone to theAesthetic Medical Center alonefromNovember 4, 2013 to January 23, 2014. During the nursing period, we collecteddata according to Gordon’s 11-itemed functional health patterns by observation, listening and interviews with thepatient. As a result,the patient’s main health concerns include potential wound infection, anxiety and body imagedisorder. During the interview process, we supported him emotionally, encouraged him to express any emotionaldistress, and developed a trustful relationship with the patient. We provided the patient with laser treatment brochure,sample after-treatment photos, and educated the patient in detail of the process of the treatment and offeredrelatedcareto alleviate any anxiety and pain that the patient might experience.
