心臟手術後的心房震顫（post-operative atrial fibrillation, POAF）發生率約30%，POAF 發生容易導致缺血性中風並影響病人的預後。本文將探討心臟手術後發生POAF 的流行病學、機轉、危險因子、不良結果及預防與治療指引。

Postoperative atrial fibrillation (POAF) occurs in approximately 30% of patients undergoing cardiac surgery. The POAF may lead to ischemic stroke affecting patients’ outcome. This article aims to review the epidemiology, mechanism, risk factors, adverse outcome and prevention and treatment guideline in patient undergoing cardiac surgery with POAF.
