運用參與式設計於展示空間改善之研究──以臺灣工藝之家為例

Application of Participatory Design to the Improvement of Exhibition Space-Taking Taiwan Craft Workshop for Example

國立臺灣工藝研究發展中心自 2004 年起評選「臺灣工藝之家」，2008 年起推動展陳空間改善計畫，並已完成 37 個示範點以供其他工藝家參考。本研究目的在瞭解由民間設計團隊協同工藝家，運用參與式設計共創展示成果， 藉此突顯工藝空間特色以達工藝推廣，及探究工藝家對空間效益滿意之程度。本研究經實際訪察、訪談與問卷調查， 研究結果發現：（1）工藝家在工藝展示與裝飾上能呈現空間特色；設計團隊則在空間規劃上能提出適切方案。（2）工 藝結合空間的作法：指標類、生活用品類、建材類、藝術裝飾類及木構造裝修類。（3）各類工藝參與施作此計畫之情 況：「陶藝類」參與數量最多，「木藝類」參與比例最高，「綜合類」參與比例較低。

Taiwan Craft Workshop Artists are evaluated by National Taiwan Craft Research and Development Institute since 2004. The exhibition space improvement plans were promoted since 2008 and 37 demonstration points were accomplished as references. The study is to understand how folk interior design team worked with craft artists using participatory design to improve the exhibition space for highlighting characteristics of crafts and promotion. The study results revealed: (1) craft artists could present space features better on craft displays and decorations; the design teams could propose more appropriate programs on space planning; (2) the approaches of crafts combined with space: indicators, daily necessities, building materials, artistic decorations, and wood structure renovations; (3) the participated situation in this project of various craft: the participation of “pottery craft” is the largest number; the participating proportion of “wood craft” was the highest; and the participating proportion of “integrated craft” was relatively lower.
