江右王門胡直二三事：有關其學行舊說補正

Some Affairs of Hu Chih's Life and Thought－replenishing and correcting

胡直（1517-1585），字正甫，號廬山，江西泰和人。為江右王門後勁。其學思歷程頗為曲折：從一介放蕩不羈之文人，轉為專志向學之儒者；旋又成為休心禪坐之佛徒，最後回歸儒學，發明博約之旨。歷來有關廬山的學行研究，多著重在其歷程的客觀描述，然若參照其工夫實踐與思想要旨，往往兩不相契─學行與思想兩不相蒙。準此，本文擬從廬山的工夫實踐著手，對歷來的研究成果進行補充與匡正，期能有助於更精確地掌握廬山其人及其思想脈絡。

Hu Chih (1517-1585), cognomen is Zheng-fu, Lu-shan. He was born in Tai-he, Jiang-xi. He is a prominent scholar in the second generation of Jiangyou school. The course of his thought is winding─He is a literatus to have his own way at first. Then he became a confucian scholar that is to determined to practicing. He meditated and became a devout buddhist later. He returned again as a confucian scholar, and advocated the idea of broadening someone with culture and regulating someone with ritual action lastly. The former studies of Hu Chih's thought emphasized the description of the course of his thought. But it is discordant among his practicing and the description of the course of his thought. Because of this point, the essay will discuss his practicing reality in order to replenish and correct the former studies. It could be helpful to understand Hu Chih's personality and thread of his thought.
