從《日本統治期台灣文學台灣人作家作品集　別卷》中看日語借用現象

Japanese Loanwords in “Taiwanese Literary during the Period of Japanese Occupation Taiwanese Writer Library, Supplementary Volume”

本研究目的在透過調查《日本統治期台灣文學　台灣人作家作品集　別卷》，來闡明中文作品中的日語借用現象。調查結果可得知以下三點：（一）日治期中文作品中約有八成有日語借用例（二）其借用比例與作品之創作語言有關，即台灣話文比中台混合文容易出現借用現象，而中台混合文又比中國白話文容易出現借用現象（三）本次共調查了四十一篇作品，其中以中台混合文來創作，並借用日語字或詞之作品共有二十篇，達總作品數近半。由此可得知這種中台混合文中又夾雜日語借用語的複雜、獨特之文體，可說是台灣日治期語言接觸下最豐富的產物。

This paper is aimed at investigating the usage of Japanese loanwords in Chinese literature through the search of “Taiwanese Literature during the Period of Japanese Occupation - Taiwanese Writer Library”. According to our investigation, we discover much valuable information as follows. The first is that the number of Chinese literatures using Japanese loanwords is about 80% of that of those searched literatures. The second is that the frequency of using loanwords is correlated with the writing style. The vernacular Taiwanese style adopts more Japanese words than the mixing style of Chinese and Taiwanese while the mixing style of Chinese and Taiwanese uses more Japanese words than the vernacular Chinese style. The third is that our statistics shows the half of 41 novels is composed by the mixing style of Chinese and using Japanese loanwords. This result implies that such kind of literature style is the richest product of language contact in the period of Japanese Occupation.
