馬其昶《三經誼詁》述要

The description of Ma Qi-chang’San-Jing-Yi-Gu

馬其昶（1855-1930）為清末民初之學者，文章師承桐城派，治學方面於經學、子學皆多所留意，今世可見有許多專著、文集流傳。馬其昶因科考不意，無緣入仕，遂長年留心於教育事業，後逢軍閥割據，人心紛亂，馬其昶欲憑所學以振世人，遂撰寫了《三經誼詁》，祈收化育之效。《三經誼詁》由《孝經》、《大學》、《中庸》三部分組成，由淺至奧，馬其昶欲藉此揣摩出一套循序漸進之學習方式，由尋常之孝心發端，漸至體道見性，最終期盼學習者德行圓滿。本文目的便是試圖解析《三經誼詁》之脈絡與旨趣，並期待能藉此延展學人對馬其昶各類著述之注目。

Ma Qi-chang(1855-1930)was a scholar of the End Qing Dynasty educated in Tongcheng School. He was committed to study of confucian classics and thought of pre- Qin scholars, today we can see many his writings. Because of falling the imperial examination, he began to pay attention at people's education. In chaotic times, Ma Qichang hoped that he can change people's mind by his knowledge. So, he wrote San-Jing- Yi-Gu. San-Jing-Yi-Gu consists of Xiao-Jing-Yi-Gu, Da-Xue-Yi-Gu and Zhong-Yong - Yi-Gu. The entire contents of the book discusses from easy to difficult. Ma Qi-chang tried to construct a learning system. First step is realizing filial piety, the second step is learning the guidelines in Da-Xue. The ultimate goal is fulfilling perfect morality. This paper attempts to clarify San-Jing-Yi-Gu's context and purport, then hope scholar can focus Ma Qi-chang's numerous theory.
