作家群聚現象與城巿發展關係之研究

The Study of Relations That Writers Cluster With Cities Development

出版產業集中於台北市與新北巿的現象十分明顯，然而作家是否與出版產業一樣具有群聚的現象仍缺乏具體的研究，研究此議題之重要性在於作家為文創產業中最核心的內容產業。推測作家群聚可能之遠因為1949年後隨著國民黨政府播遷來台的外省籍作家和落地生根的外省作家第二代；近因則為都巿發展所致。傳統製造業的群聚現象不適用在作家身上，其群聚因素可能為產業鏈關係、社會網絡關係和創意氛圍。本研究應用區位商數和藉由訪談法以瞭解作家群聚的現象與證據、分析形成作家群聚的因素，以及其社會網絡關係與網絡成員間互動之模式，解釋創意工作者與空間群聚和社會網絡的關聯性。

Publishing industry concentrated in Taipei and New Taipei City’s phenomenon is obvious, However, whether the same writers and the publishing industry has cluster phenomenon is still a lack of specific research . The importance of this issue that the writer is the core content industries of cultural and creative industries. Data show the writer cluster phenomenon exists, presumably far as provinces writer and the putting down roots of their second generation whom retreated to Taiwan with the KMT government in1949; proximate cause was due to the urban development, with the urbanization, the population to cities concentration naturally. However, writing are different from the general industry, does not depend on transportation costs and equipment, the writer is a brainpower creation became the publishing industry upstream. Traditional cluster phenomenon does not apply writers who, cluster factors may chain relationships, social network and creative milieu. In this study, application LQ concept and interviews with two experts to understand writers cluster phenomenon and evidence, analysis of writers cluster formation factor, the relationship between social network and interaction between members of the network model, explain the creative workers’s relevance of the space cluster and social network.
