從南台震災評論建築師專業責任保險的潛在迷思

In-depth View of Professional Liability Insurance for Architects through Southern Taiwan Earthquake

南台震災是繼九二一、三三一地震之後，又再一次地敲醒國人對天然災害威脅生 命財產的關心。本次震災傷亡嚴重，再度突顯建築品質低劣的問題，應藉此徹底檢討 責任，讓建築業者有所警惕並做好風險管理。然而，我國建築師工程師專業責任保險 制度發展並不健全，難以提供建築師轉移風險的信心。本文藉由國人關切南台震災造 成的建築物傷害議題，討論建築師工程師專業責任保險現況迷思，期透過評論分析， 提供未來改善本保險制度的參考。

At present, the system of the Architects' and Engineers' Professional Liability Insurance in Taiwan is not well developed yet. Thus it is unable to become a risk management tool for the Architects and Engineers. Taking the opportunity that people are concerned on the compensation of the damages caused by the recent earthquake, this paper tends to provide a reference, through discussions and analyses, to improve the system of Professional Liability Insurance in Taiwan.
