Applying FMEA to Improve the Logistics Process in the Distribution Center

配銷中心在物流產業中扮演著重要的角色。因此，如何提高效率、減少和防止失誤發生已經成為決定性的議題。本研究的目標是應用失效模式與效應分析之風險優先數值評估去發現在配銷中心物流作業過程中的潛在危險因素，並提出改善建議。

Distribution center plays a vital role in logistics industry. Moreover, how toincrease efficiency, decrease and prevent default has become a crucial issue. Thisresearch aims to apply FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to evaluate, findthe potential risk causes which is evaluated by risk priority number (RPN) in theprocess of logistics operation in the distribution center.
