The university students after their big Entrance ExaminationTest, are happily relaxed for their further learning, but the brain training is not enough for the studying skills due to the lack of Critical Thinking. Many employers complain of the lack of responsibility, confidence in communication and, specially, the ability of critical thinking of the university graduatedworkers. Our foreign language courses only have focused on the language skills, but not on the “thinkingskills”because our students are always keep silent in classesinstead of speaking out and asking questions. This article intends to discuss how the students of the Foreign Language are less motivated and unwilling to think, and propose several potential directions for puttingCritical Thinking Elements into Conversation classand materials in order to cultivate more qualified employee for the business society. We also hope that our research could be utilized as a reference in the field of teaching Conversationas a good instrument of Critical Thinking. |
