Peripheral T Cell Lymphoma Mimicking Kimura's Disease

木村氏病的臨床表現包括反覆性頸部淋巴結病變或軟組織腫瘤，嗜伊紅性白血球增高及E型球蛋白升高。診斷必須靠臨床與病理的綜合判斷。然而，其他的淋巴增生性疾病也會與木村氏為有重疊的臨床表現。在最終病理診斷確立前，反覆的淋巴結切片是必要的。這使得只依賴初始表現來作臨床的診斷更加困難。我們在此提出一個擬似木村氏為的週邊T細胞淋巴瘤以發燒，廣泛性淋巴結腫大，嗜伊紅性白血球增高和E型球蛋白升高為初始表現。

Clinical manifestations of Kimura's disease include recurrent cervical lymphadenopathy, soft tissue tumor, eosinophilia and elevated serum immunoglobulin E (IgE) levels. The diagnosis is based on the distinct clinical and pathological findings. However, other lymphoproliferative diseases may present similar clinical symptoms overlapped with Kimura's disease. Serial lymph node biopsies might be necessary until the final histopathology evolved. This may complicate the clinical diagnosis based on the initial presentation. We describe a case of peripheral T cell lymphoma presenting with fever, diffuse lymphoadenopathy, eosinophilia and elevated IgE mimicking Kimura's disease.
