Ruptured Ischial Bursitis in Scleroderma Presenting as Pseudo-ischio-rectal Abscess

滑囊炎在床上相當常見。外傷及感染是常見致病原因。發炎性風濕性疾病如類風濕性關節炎及痛風，常會併發滑囊炎。本文描述一位硬皮症病人出現兩側坐骨滑囊炎併發左側滑囊破裂導致假性坐骨直腸窩膿瘍。

Bursitis is common clinical entity usually induced by trauma and infection. It often occurs in inflammatory rheumatic diseases such as gout and rheumatoid arthritis. We describe the case of a 65 year old woman with progressive systemic sclerosis who developed bilateral ischial bursitis which ruptured on the left side producing a pesudo-ischio-rectal abscess.
