非手術療法治療類風濕性關節炎併發膝膕窩囊腫－－病例報告

Non-surgical Treatment for Popliteal Cyts in Rheumatoid Arthritis-- Repot of a Case

膝膕窩囊腫(popliteal cyst; Baker's cyst)可見於慢性膝關節病變之病患，常須接受手術治療。本文報告一類風濕性關節炎併發嚴重右側膝膕窩囊腫及右小腿水腫，經接受關節腔內及囊腫病灶內同時抽液後並給予類固醇注射，使囊腫消失之病例。

Popliteal cyst commonly occurs in patients with chronic knee-joint arthropathies and may be removed by surgical method. We describe a case of rheumatoid arthritis with Baker's cyst, which was completely resolved by simultaneous intra-articular and intra-cystic fluid aspiration and steroid injection.
