腦幹形神經貝西氏病對秋水仙素有良好反應－－病例報告

Brainstem Type Neuro-Behcet's Disease with Favorable Response to Colchicine-- A Case Report

一個二十二歲的男性病人，因為復發性的口腔及陰部潰瘍，進行性左側肢體乏力，步態不穩及震顫而被診斷為神經性貝西氏病。核磁共振攝影證實有腦幹的侵犯。病人接受傳統高劑量類固醇療法及脈衝式的類固醇療法均沒有顯著的改善。改用秋水仙素0.5毫克，一天兩次治療，症狀即逐漸改善，實驗室檢查及腦幹誘發電波也顯示進步。我們在此提出貝西氏病中不常見的神經系統的表現及其對秋水仙素的良好治療反應。

A 22-year-old man was diagnosed to have neuro-Behcet's disease due to recurrent oral and genital ulers, progressive left side weakness, ataxia and tremor. The brainstem involvement was proved by magnetic resonance imaging. Oral high dose steroid and pulse steroid therapy were tried, but the condition did not improve. After shifting to colchicine 0.5mg bid, the neurological status and mucocutaneous lesions improved gradually. An infrequent neurological subtype of Behcet's disease with favorable response to colchicine is reported herein.
