血友病關節病變一病例報告

HEMOPHILIC ARTHROPATHY-- A CASE REPORT

血友病併發症中，自發性或創傷造成關節出血最常見，如不充分治療，易反覆 發生出血，造成慢性關節病變，導致殘障。本院最近有一例血友病A型患者合併多處關節病變，因左髖關節持續疼痛，接受全髖關節置揍術，在此提出報告。

Among the various complications of hemophilia, spontaneous or traumatic hemarthrosis is the most frequent one. Without adequate management, an episoide of bleeding into a joint will predispose to further similar episoides. It will lead to chronic hemophilic arthropathy and severe disability. We report a case of chronic hemophilic arthropathy with persistent pain. Total hip replacement was sucessfully performed and achieved remarkable clinical improvement.
