薦腸關節炎之電腦斷層攝影檢查

Computed Tomography of Sacroiliitis

電腦斷層攝影檢查之用於薦腸關節炎之診斷，仍屬多方爭論之問題。筆者等利用電腦斷層攝影術共檢查十一例經平常X光攝影檢查有薦腸關節炎存疑之男性患者，年齡自18歲至42歲。其薦腸關節炎現象以電腦斷層攝影檢查至為明晰。筆者等認為當平常X光檢查該關節而所見不甚明確時，若以電腦斷層攝影檢查，當可確定其診斷。

Computed tomography (CT) in the diagnosis of sacroiliitis has been disputed and conflicting. A total of 11 male patients, ages ranged from 18 to 42, with suspected sacroiliitis by conventional X-ray films were studied. The findings of sacroiliitis were clearly demonstrated by CT scans. We believe that CT should be useful in confirming the diagnosis of sacroiliitis when conventional X-ray films are equivocal.
