The Study about the Creation which Condominium Involved in the Course of Law

《公寓法》是住的憲法，與法學領域的課程相關，公寓法之內容，尤以強制出讓條款最困難讓人理解，但此部分是《憲法》保障人民的權利，因此，本文將對強制出讓制度做一介紹，讓學生了解，憲法保障每人之平等權，因此，住在大樓裡，絕對不能影響別人的安寧，別人的衛生，別人的安全。

The Condominium is a constitution of living. The Law course is contained the Condominium. It is difficult about sale the ownership rights in the Condominium. But it is guaranteed the right of residents. So we introduce the right of people, especially the sale of ownership right. Make our students understand. We can't influence other person's right, especially other person's silence and wealth and safe.
