In this research, there have an increasing number of enterprises in the project management to carry out the control of large construction projects. Human resource planning and schedule of large multi project often have many uncertain factors to result in differences between expected and actual human resource needed. Thus, this study determines the four factors which might affect the progress performance from the project management environment. The main experimental procedure is constructed with system simulation. An example is given from the case company and which procedure full factorial simulation experiments with Microsoft Project software to explore the degree of influence then based on simulated experimental result proposed human resource management strategy for large project. The results conclude that these factors have a significant influence on the schedule performance of the project. Moreover, a significant interaction is found between these factors can consider the degree of influence the between the progress of the performance and these factors, which may make job scheduling planning and resource allocation become more suitable. |
