文創產業代表一個國家的軟實力，文創產業應如何走出自己的一片天，本研究利用SWOT分析方式，以霹靂國際多媒體股份有限公司為研究對象，找出可行之策略，提供國內其他文創產業參考。研究發現，數位平台之運用、智慧財產權之保護、融入西方文化、與打破語言之藩籬是霹靂國際多媒體股份有限公司最應重視之策略；上述策略不僅是公司應重視之策略，也是公司刻不容緩的策略。

In this study, SWOT analysis approach to Pili International Multimedia Co., Ltd. for the study to identify viable strategy to provide other domestic cultural and creative industries by reference. The study found that the use of digital platforms, the protection of intellectual property rights, integration into Western culture, and breaking down barriers of language is the most should pay attention to the strategy.
