Taking company G for example, this paper firstly reviewed related research status both at home and abroad in two aspects of family business and business strategy, including the definition, governance, advantages and disadvantages, heritage, innovative thinking and intentions of business strategy, assessment model and direction of family business, which lay a theoretical basis for this study; then, through the integration of semi-structured interviews and field surveys and other research methods, this paper introduced the development process of company G from the initial stage, overseas expanding stage, stable growing stage, to reform stage. Furthermore, based on company G's operation status, this paper analyzed the product market of company G and the influencing factors of competitive advantages and disadvantages, mainly in the aspects of regional goods sale, market share, supply and demand conditions. Finally, this paper drew some conclusions and put forward corresponding suggestions for future research. |
