台灣服務業員工薪資、離職率與企業績效間關係研究

The Relationship Between Employee Salary , Employee Turnover Rate And Enterprise Performance: A Study On Taiwan Service Sector

本研究主要針對2001年至2013年間主計總處資料庫公布之台灣服務業的統計資料，探討員工薪資及企業績效及及離職率間的關係。利用時間序列分析法在無其他外力影響的情形之下，序列的時間趨勢走向會依循某種固定的模式，對未來作短期的預測。研究結果顯示公司績效受到薪資以及離職率的影響。

This study focuses on the relationship between employee salary , employee turnover rate ,and enterprise performance ,which analyzes statistical data of 2001-2013 Taiwan service sector from DGBAS Macro Database. While applying time series analysis method under no other exterior influences ,the trend of time series will follows a fixed pattern and makes short-term forecast. Results indicates enterprise performance influenced by salary and turnover rate.
