銀行分行之經營績效評估

The Evaluation of Operating Performance for Bank Branches

本研究提供銀行業界在經營評比績效時，相對績效參考模式，評估樣本以銀行分行業務評核其中15家分行全年營運資料（分行名稱轉換成 Ai），運用資料包絡分析法（DEA）分析研究方法，探討銀行經營績效評估模式。更進一步提供各分行未來永續經營與管理決策之參考依據。本研究所搜集資料，採用 Frontier 軟體進行效率分析；包含分析各分行放款業務經營之生產效率、技術效率、規模效率、規模報酬及敏感度分析，藉由效率影響指標（Efficiency Affection Index-EAI）分別探討各投入／產出項對整體績效所造成的影響；在相對效率環境條件下，針對各授評估之分行業務績效提出相對績效評估評比，更提供各分行經理人觀摩學習標竿，與建議改善之明確目標與方向。

We submit a mode of performance research for Bank branches of business. In this study, by the Bank branches of business assessment, one of 15 branches throughout the year as the assessment of operational information samples (branch name into Ai, i=1,2... .,15), to explore the pattern of bank operational efficiency, the use of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) as the research method, the analysis results can be the decision-making reference for future sustainable development. We use the Frontier software for efficiency analysis; it contains analysis of the branches of the productivity, technical efficiency, scale efficiency, returns to scale and sensitivity analysis, as well as the Efficiency Affection Index (EAI), the input / output performance of the overall impact. Moreover, the relative efficiency of environmental conditions for each branch is applied to assess the business performance, provide the observations of manager and the benchmarking study, and recommend the improvement in a clear goal and direction.
