Enhanced Recovery After Surgery as a New Standard of Care in Perioperative Gynecologic Oncology Partice – Part I

本文提供婦癌患者在手術前和手術中有助加速復原的方法，來改善手術後的功能和結果。手術快速復原乃根據實證醫學研究，分析各項能降低術後最低程度傷害，促使患者早日恢復各項功能和活動力。

This article provides an overview of the clinical process regarding surgery of gynecologic oncology, and how the pre- and intraoperative management of patients within an enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) can improve postoperative function and outcome. ERAS aims to reduce resulting secondary injury by using a group of evidence-based elements. All the elements in an ERAS aim to return the patient to independence in all activities and restoration of preoperative function as quickly as possible.
