英文摘要 |
This article provides an overview of the clinical process regarding surgery of gynecologic oncology, and how the pre- and intraoperative management of patients within an enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) can improve postoperative function and outcome. ERAS aims to reduce resulting secondary injury by using a group of evidence-based elements. All the elements in an ERAS aim to return the patient to independence in all activities and restoration of preoperative function as quickly as possible. |
