年輕婦女癌症病人的生育問題諮詢

The counseling about young women with cancer

癌症問題已成為現代人一個重要的健康問題。對於年輕女性，除了面對疾病的威脅，對於未來生育功能在癌症治療後的影響，如何兼顧癌症治療與保留生育功能，不影響未來懷孕，也是一個需要充分諮詢的問題。目前尚有很多年輕的癌症女性沒有在治療前有充分諮詢，本文對年輕婦女得到婦科癌症及對生育影響，目前的對策，做一文獻回顧，以供參考。

Cancer is a major health problem now. For young women with cancer, they should worry about the disease progression and consider the side effect of treatment. Fertility function after cancer treatment is also a major concern. Now, still many patients did not have enough information and adequate counseling about this. We made a literature review about fertility preservation in cancer patients.
