結合性的節拍式治療在婦科癌症的運用

Metronomic therapy using the combination strategy, including target therapy and chemotherapy in the management of patients with gynecologic cancers

非典型的藥物，目前也被應用在節拍式的癌症治療方法上。婦科腫瘤學的研究，尤其是抑制血管新生劑與傳統的抗癌藥物結合，已有很不錯的結果。本篇綜論將整理已發表有關於婦癌的結合標靶性的藥物與傳統抗癌藥物的節拍式治療研究，做一個簡短的回顧。

Combination of systemic chemotherapy and target therapy attracts our attention since this combination may work very well as a tool for metronomic therapy. In this review, we would like to introduce “metronomic therapy”, using the combination of conventional chemotherapy and target therapy in the management of patients with gynecologic cancers.
