前額整形拉皮手術引發反覆性房室心律交界之病例報告

Repetitive Junctional Rhythm during Forehead-lift Surgery — A Case Report

前額整形拉皮手術一般認為是一種相當安全，且少有併發症的手術。雖然曾有文獻提及類似手術偶爾會造成心搏過慢等心律不整，反覆性房室交界心律卻從未被提及。本篇病例首次報告在前額整形拉皮手術中，引發反覆性房室交界心律，並討論其可能成因及處理原則。

Forehead lift plastic surgery is regarded as a rather safe operation without serious cardiovascular complications. Although cardiac arrhythmias (e.g., sinus bradycardia) during such an esthetically plastic surgery have been spo-radically reported in literature, repetitive junctional rhythm has not ever been recounted. In this case report, we present a 45-year-old woman who developed repetitive junctional rhythm during forehead lift plastic surgery. The possible offenders causative of the arrhythmia (e.g., oculocardiac reflex induced by repeated surgical manipula-tion) and the principle of perioperative management were discussed in the text.
