Traumatic Dislocations of the First and Second Metatarsophalangeal Joints-A Case Report

Dislocation of the metatarsophalangeal joints is a rare injury. Most of the dislocations are located in the first metatarsophalangeal joint; therefore, other combined injuries are often neglected. In this report describing case involving a 27-year-old man with dislocations of the first and second metatars ophalangeal joints anda sesamoid fracture, we also review how we came to diagnosis and how we selected treatment methods. We subsequently review edrelevant literatureand discussed the case.
