協助經產婦從杯餵至親餵歷程的護理經驗：一例護理個案報告經驗

Assisting a Multipara Switch from Cup of Breast Milk to Breastfeeding-A Case Report

協助一經產婦與寶寶分開時持續泌乳的方法及學習親餵母乳的個案報告。本文描述一位32歲經產婦，產後因先生認為個案這次須好好休息，便於出院時，將寶寶托育在醫院，以致母嬰分開，個案無法親餵母乳，故個管師於個案出院後透過10次電話訪談及兩次回診的會談等方法，以Gorden十一項功能性評估作為引導，運用各種適度的護理措施，來協助產婦學習親餵母乳。個案在學習親餵母乳成功後，深深感受到親餵哺乳簡單、效率，增進母嬰關係減少哺乳失敗。

A case report about assisting a multipara mother in continuing lactation after being separated from her infant and guid her through stages of breastfeeding. The following describes a 32-year-old multiparous patient. The husband insisted that his wife needed rest and therefore she, left the infant under the hospital's care after she was discharged. Because separation from the infant would result in lack of breastfeeding. the caretaker in charge of this case had ten telephone interviews and two extra appointments with the patient', Gordon's eleven functional assessment as a guide for determine the patient's nursing needs. Once a mother learned how to breastfeed her infant, she found breastfeeding is sin3ple and efficient, increase mother-infant attachment and lacof breastfeedingailure.
